Sales Engineer Medical Business Unit two positions, East & West coasts, 5 years of technical experience in Diagnostics, Medical Devices or Pharmaceuticals. Exposure to converting, die cutting, extrusion and plastic films is highly desirable. Will work with medical device manufacturers, OEM's, pharmaceutical companies to develop, prototype and mass produce new products. They specialize in R&D and prototyping for production capable projects with a specialty in diagnostics, pharmaceutical drug delivery, surgical device, wound care and micro fluidics. Compensation is comensurate with experience and includes a full benefits package.
Director of Manufacturing This position reports to the VP and has direct responsibility for the daily production and output of a Pressure Sensitive Label Coater and Roll Slitters while producing in the safest and most cost effective manner. This facility is focused on continuous improvement through the utilization of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma Methodology, and this position plays a key role in the facilitation of these tools. Base will be in the $75,000 to $85,000 range plus bonus in the 10 - 30% range. Bonus based on the three factors: business unit, growth rate for personal sales, and established MBO's such as receivables aging and on time deliveries. Expenses will be paid, car provided.
