How do your services work?
To get started, the hiring manager provides job specifications, including specific duties, tasks, and responsibilities of the position. They also provide a list of requirements, skills, education or certifications they would like to see this person have. If there are specific goals to accomplish, issues that need to be addressed or problems to be solved, we need to know.
It is also helpful to think about why a good candidate would want to leave a current position to join your company. Candidates evaluate companies as much as companies consider a candidate's suitability. What you have to offer in terms of corporate culture, stability, etc. is a consideration.
We source, research, recruit, reference check, at no cost to you. We set up interviews and help coordinate contact. If you extend an offer and the candidate accepts, then the fee is due.
The process is a real time saver for the client. All of the work that leads to an offer is done at our expense with no guarantee of a fee. Initially, all we ask of the client is to contact us with a genuine hiring need that needs to be filled in a reasonable amount of time, provide regular communication, and give detailed feedback .
This makes the process function most effectively and is the best use of time for all concerned.
