FAQ for candidates

1) How does your service work?

First we evaluate your background: skills, experience, etc, Determine "quality of life issues" career goals, where you would like to live. We aim to find the best fit in terms of position and location.

We then fit your background to existing open positions we are currently working on. If there is not one that fits your requirements, we market your background to clients in the industry who may have an interest.

2) We will ask what companies we should avoid for any reason, as we want to protect you from being presented to a company that you would not work for. Also, we want to make sure your interest in any company/position is genuine before making a referral.

Though we do not charge for our service, we do require a few things from you. What we ask for your honesty, cooperation and communication. Please do not wait until the 11th hour to realize that you cannot take a job because you have an elderly mother nearby and cannot relocate! If at any point in the process you decide you do not want to continue please inform us. There are no hard feelings-unless you behave in an unprofessional manner.

I like to joke that in this "information age" of email, voice mail and cell phones, the only excuse I will accept for lack of communication is being in a coma!
