Thomas March Executive Search specializes in placing people in several niches in the printing, packaging and converting industries.

Those niches are paper, film, and foil converters including the following specialties: coating (aqueous and solvent, reverse roll, toll, meyer rod) metallizing, laminating, adhesives/tapes, ribbons, roll label stock, hot stamping, and non-woven manufacturers.

The business forms industry is also covered, including, custom continuous, unit sets, direct mail, digital, label/form, and mailers. Printing methods are web offset, flexo and gravure.

Positions are filled nationwide in Manufacturing, from press operator to VP of Manufacturing, Technical, Engineering, and Sales/Marketing.
